To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review the following policy: •Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Late cancellations or reschedules (within 24 hours) will result in a 20% service fee charged to the card on file. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file and banned from booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. This policy allows us to respect our time and offer availability to other clients.
